Clique Kits December Blog Share

Welcome to the Clique Kits December Blog Share.  You should have arrived from Jody's blog but if you were just stopping for a visit you can start from the beginning HERE.  This month our kit features the beautiful collection from Heidi Swapp September Skies! 
I am in love with this kit and the Heidi Swapp collection because it can be used for both feminine and masculine projects.  With 4 boys and 1 girl I need a good mixture of both papers!  Heidi included some great pieces in this collection that are perfect for both!  I love that this kit included a stamp set from Sweet Stamp Shop and the sequin stamps are fabulous!!  Here is a look at the layout I created using the December 2014 Enchanted Meadow kit!

I used the current sketch from Creative Scrappers as inspiration to get my layout going.  I love all their sketches and vising their site is so inspiring!  
The photo I used for this layout is of myself and my oldest son.  It was his Sophomore year Homecoming dance and I was beyond thrilled to see him all dressed up with a smile on his face!  We may not always agree on everything but this boy of mine has changed my life in more ways than he will ever know.  For this layout I did add some pink and floral along with a good punch of navy.  I love how it turned out and even he loved it!  Thanks so much for stopping by today!  Your next stop along the way is Lacey!  Make sure to comment along the way and let us know on the Clique Kits blog that you finished the hop for your chance to win the December kit!  Share our blog hop on your Facebook or any other social media and get an extra chance to win!  Just leave an additional comment on the Clique Kits blog!

Today I have a holiday card to share with you that I created using the Sacred Geometry2 and Holiday Clear stamp sets from the Paper Wings Productions shop.  I stamped one of the images from the Sacred Geometry2  stamp set with some VersaMark ink and heat embossed it with gold embossing powder.  I cut it down to a strip and adhered to the edge of my card.  I stamped the sentiment in some red ink and then added some die cut gold snowflakes.

Paper Wings Productions December Challenge

I am back with another challenge from Paper Wings Productions!  This will be the very last challenge over at Paper Wings Productions so I hope you all join in this month!  We are looking to shake things up in the new year so stay tuned!  This months challenge is to create any holiday project or to use red and green in your project!  I created a holiday card using a few stamp sets from the Paper Wings Productions shop.

Typed Wishes
I started with a white wood grain cardstock as my card base.  I took at piece of red cardstock that came in my Limited Edition Clique Kits Holiday Card kit and cut it down to 4 x 5.25 and then used VersaMark ink to stamp one of the star burst images from the Sparkle stamp set all over the red cardstock.  I die cut a banner shape and then stamped one of the adorable snowmen from the Snowman Love stamp set.  The scarf and bow are also included in this stamp set and I think they are the perfect finishing touches on my snowman!  Here is a look at my finished card.
