For this months blog hop project I wanted to create a mini album and using turquoise or shades of, was very easy for me since it is one of my favorites!  Just about everything in my album can be found in the Paper Wings Productions shop.  I used up papers from a few of the Nesting Components Kits along with embellishments.  I either used acrylic paints, mists or inks to add hints of turquoise to all my pages and tags.  I figured since our April Challenge theme is "Get Inky" I might as well incorporate that into my blog hop project.  All the supplies and stamps I used will be linked below and if you have any questions about a certain stamp (because I used a ton) please leave me comment below.  Here is a look at my mini album capturing sweet moments so far in 2014!

Okay, it's time to send you off to your next stop so head on over to Katie's Blog

PWP April Challenge

A new month means a new challenge over at Paper Wings Productions.  This month is all about getting inky and having fun.  So pull out some sprays, inks and paints and have some fun!  You can create any type of project and enter their challenge up to 3 times for your chance to win a $20.00 gift certificate to the Paper Wings Productions shop!

I received the Hey Cupcake stamp set a few weeks ago from Paper Wings Productions and I have been itching to use it!  Here is a look at the card I created for this challenge!

I used my Lindy's Stamp Gang mist on a piece of thick cardstock and then stamped out the cupcake image.  I then cut the frosting part of the cupcake out and stamped the image 2 more times.  Once on white cardstock and then again on some pattern paper for the wrapper of the cupcake!  I hope you will join us this month and get a little inky!  Head on over to the Paper Wings Productions blog to see what the rest of the design team has created for this challenge!

It's Debutante Week!

Happy Thursday everyone!  Today I am up on the Clique Kits blog sharing my first layout using Clique Kits very first kit Debutante!!
This kit features the Plus One collection from Amy Tangerine and includes exclusive Clique Kits embellishments along with some fabulous wood veneers from Pinkfresh Studio.  You do not want to miss out on this kit!  There are still a few kits available and you can subscribe HERE.

I created a layout to document a couple photos of my daughter in her tutu!  She is not a girly girl at all so for her to put on a tutu and be a little girly for once is rare so I had to photograph and document it!  Here is a look at my layout.
I would love for you to head on over to the Clique Kits blog to check out my full blog post and while you are there you will find more inspiration using this fabulous kit from Gia and Lacey.  Thanks so much for stopping today!

Clique Kits Hazel & Ruby Blog Share

Welcome to the Clique Kits  Hazel & Ruby Blog Share!  If you have arrived from Jody's blog then you are in the right place.  If you're just stopping by for a visit please click here to start from the beginning.  Today we are sharing projects featuring Hazel & Ruby products.  Hazel & Ruby are a fresh and on-trend company with a handmade flair.  I love the unique and beautiful products and the whole feel of this company!  I am very excited to be sharing my projects with you today using some of their Chalk it Up collection.

The first layout I want to share with you is documenting a normal day here at home with our two youngest boys!  We can not wait for warmer weather so we can get outdoors and we do start to get a little crazy sitting in our home all day!  My two youngest are always either at my feet, on my lap or jumping on my back!  If you follow me on Instagram you have seen many photos of the three of us!  I decided on a black and white photo for this layout and I love how it looks with the beautiful colors in this collection.  I also added a little gold stitching to my layout and lots of colorful ink splatters!  I am in love with the Chalk It Up Bubbles & Babbles Sticker Sheet and I used it with both of my layouts.  And of coarse I could not resit using some of my Pinkfresh Studio washi tape and pink neon brad stickers  I think they go perfect with this collection and it is nice to mix in products you already have with fun new collections!

My next layout came together very quickly and I fell in love with the back side of the Chalky Bokeh pattern paper!  I love the ombre watercolor look and the colors are fabulous!  The photo I am documenting in this layout is of our two youngest and our one and only baby girl.  Our mother hen Alyssa is the best big and little sister.  She is a tough cookie and keeps close eye on her baby brothers as well as her two big brothers.
Again I kept my layout pretty simple adding a few layers and of coarse a couple hints of pink.  I used some more of the Hazel & Ruby Bubbles & Babbles sticker sheet all over my layout and that great camera paper clip that Gia included in out packages is super cute!  The inky white circles are from a my favorite stamp set Art Textures.

Your next stop is Lacey's blog and you are going to love what she has to share today!  Make sure to leave a comment on each blog along the way for your chance to win a $10.00 gift certificate to the Clique Kits Store.  For extra chances to win please follow the Clique Kits blog,  share on Facebook, and follow each one of the Clique Kits girls!  Make sure to leave a comment for each entry!  Have a fabulous day!

RCS #65

Happy Sunday and welcome to another challenge for Red Carpet Studio Challenge Blog!  This week the challenge is inspired by the movie "The Lucky One".
This movie is based on the Nicholas Sparks novel where a Marine returns to the USA after three tours of duty and goes on a search for the woman who he considered to be his lucky charm.

THE CHALLENGE:  Since St. Patrick's Day is right around the corner, create a project that featuring something that makes you feel lucky.  Maybe it's the green or the shamrock of St. Patrick's Day.  Maybe it's something in your life that makes you feel lucky.

Challenge Guidelines:

  • Project must be posted during the duration of the challenge, no back linking.
  • Project must fit the theme of the challenge.
  • Link up by MARCH  22 at 11:00 PM US CST.
  • Number of challenge entries is limited to three per participant.

Our sponosor this month is Handmade Harbour and one randomly selected winner will receive a great prize from this amazing digi stamp company!
I created a card for my project and I was inspired by the color green!  Green is my husbands favorite color and it reminds me of luck and being lucky!  I truly am lucky to have him in our lives and through good and bad we have made it very far!  I created a 4x4 card and kept it very simple but knew I wanted to use this thick green polka dot ribbon that has been sitting on my desk for over a year(yes I said over a year)!  There was not much of it left after using it on a project but it was so pretty I could not bring myself to toss it out!  I used a simple sentiment from Stampin Up and two Color Block Wood Venner Arrows from Pinkfresh Studio.
Thanks so much for stopping today and make sure to link up your projects by Saturday, March 22 2014 by 11:00pm CST to qualify for this challenge!  Head on over the Red Carpet Studio blog to see what the rest of the Design Team has created!
