I am a little more than excited to share with you all that Heidi Swapp herself shared one of my cards on her
FACEBOOK page!! You can imagine my excitement when I saw it! Does anyone else get this excited about this stuff?! I recently took a class of Heidi's at
Hannah's Home Accents and one of the wonderful ladies there shared with us how she explains to her non crafty friends who Heidi Swapp is! Well she is the Julie Roberts of scrapbooking! I thought that is so absolutely true! She is definitely the Julie Roberts of the paper crafting world! I have a lot of non crafty friends and when I am sharing my stories with them about meeting Heidi Swapp or Teresa Collins they just do not understand why I am so excited! To me these women and men who design and create all of these wonderful treasures that we all love so very much are a bit of a design celebrity! I was a bit star stuck meeting both Teresa Collins and Heidi Swapp! What makes meeting them even better is that they are both so down to earth and genuinely nice women! They are real and can relate to real life and they share a little bit of themselves with you! Have any of you met your favorite designers or taking any of their classes? I drove almost 2 hours to meet Heidi Swapp and Teresa Collins and I will be doing it again next year! Ok now that I have shared all of that with you lets get into my next two cards for the
Memory Works 30 Days, 30 Cards. Today I have
Day 2 and
Day 3 to share with you and here is a look at the sketches and my cards.
Day 2
Day3
The cards came together very quickly and the first one is using a mixture of products from
Amuse Studio,
Close to My Heart, and
Stampin Up. My second card uses more of
Heidi Swapp's BELIEVE Collection. Have you starting making your Christmas cards for this year yet? Or do you purchase them or create them digitally? Please do tell cause I would love to know! Well I hope you enjoyed my cards today and my exciting new from yesterday! My babies thought I was a bit crazy yesterday morning when mommy started yelling with excitement at the computer! Thanks so much for stopping today and enjoy your day!
